Kayla brings more than a decade of banking experience to her role as Client Success Account Manager, where she partners with financial institutions to implement compliance solutions that support operational success and regulatory confidence for high-risk business banking clients. Before joining Shield Compliance, Kayla worked at both a community credit union with a cannabis banking program and a large commercial bank, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges financial institutions face. Her expertise includes risk management, retail banking operations, software implementation and support, and staff training.
