Cannabis banking company Shield Compliance promoted Tony Repanich as its new CEO. Repanich was previously the company’s chief operating officer and retains his role as president. Shield raised $5 million in 2019 and works with 50 financial institutions that serve cannabis-related businesses. Founder Noah Carey, the previous CEO, is now executive chair of the board.
